I don’t even consider this place a fast food joint, it’s a legit restaurant. Customer service is the best. Legitimately felt more taken care of than many “restaurants” in town, Sue was on top of the place and made sure to let us know if we needed anything to let her know and she would take care of it.
Not many workers like Sue these days coming from a service background. Plus my kid loves the playground.

Waited 20 minutes for curbside, went inside to wait another 5 minutes only to be told they were short staffed. My food had been sitting on the counter since I arrived inside and watched them deliver food inside. Drive-through wasn’t busy, those employees were sitting on the ground. No manager on the floor. Another woman beside me was waiting 32 minutes for her curbside. Very, very disappointed! Cold food, and sadly we almost late to our movie or I would have return for a warm sandwich.

The staff when we dined was excellent. The food was delicious as usual. The service stood out. It was busy yet we were offered refills at our table numerous times. The restaurant was busy but our food was prepared fast, hot and delicious. It is always nice to have access to a gluten free option that is so amazing every time.
